• You are responsible for keeping any login credentials for your account confidential.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, graphics and trademarks in our apps and website are owned by or licensed to PNT Apps. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. Open source projects are licensed under the licence stated in their repository.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some Services offer paid features, subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments are handled by the App Store, Google Play, Mac App Store or Microsoft Store and are subject to their policies. We do not store or process your payment information.

6. Third-party services

Our apps may integrate third-party services such as authentication, analytics or advertising. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

7. Advertising

Some free apps display ads from third-party networks (e.g. Google AdMob). By using these apps you consent to the collection of certain non-personal data for ad delivery and performance measurement.

8. Client projects

Development work for clients is governed by the separate proposal or agreement signed for each project.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful, illegal or abusive behaviour.

10. Limitation of liability

PNT Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Apps and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
